KindBody Movement requires 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations (including requests to reschedule). Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with LESS THAN 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the session cost. Clients using a package or membership would forfeit a session.

That’s totally up to you! No matter what you choose, your private areas will stay private. For a therapeutic table massage, only the body part being worked on will be undraped. The rest of you will remain covered by the sheet.

When you arrive at KindBody Movement, you’ll park and enter the lobby. Your therapist will come greet you at your scheduled session time, sometimes a few minutes before. You’ll have the opportunity to use the restroom before your session.

In the therapy room, you’ll talk briefly with your therapist about your goals and your plan for the session. Then, your therapist will leave the room so you can disrobe and lie on the table beneath the blanket and top sheet.

During the massage, your job is to relax. You may choose to talk or be silent. Your comfort matters. If your therapist uses pressure that feels uncomfortable, please speak up.

Your therapist will gently notify you when the session is complete and will then leave the room. You’ll have time to dress. When you’re ready for your therapist to come back into the room, simply open the door.

Unless you prepaid, you’ll complete your session with payment. Tipping is not necessary. Be sure to schedule your next appointment before you leave!

You can choose between a 60 minute membership or a 90 minute membership. A 60 minute membership costs $100 per month, while a 90 minute membership costs $145 per month.

Your subscription rate includes one massage per month.

If you typically get more than one massage per month, each subsequent massage will follow member pricing:

30 min massage - $55
60 min massage - $100
90 min massage - $145

For example: Let’s say you have the 90 minute membership but you’d like to get three massages this month. The first massage you get in any given month is “free” in that you’ve already paid for it with your subscription price. For massage number 2, you choose a 30-min spot treatment; you’ll pay $55. For massage number 3, you choose a 60-min session; you’ll pay $100.

Life happens and you might need to cancel or reschedule. I get it. Unused massages rollover to the following month. You get what you pay for!

The only exception here is if you give less than 24 hours notice of your cancellation. As per the cancellation policy, all sessions cancelled with LESS than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee equaling 100% of the session cost. Within the context of the membership, that means that a last minute cancellation will forfeit your massage for the month. If you decide to schedule another massage in that month, you’ll get it at member pricing.

Your membership is just for you! If you’re looking for ways to save on the price of massage while also spreading the benefits to your household, consider buying a package.

Packages can be shared with family members who are already existing clients. When scheduling online, be sure to drop me a note in the session intake form to let me know who the appointment is for.
